To attend site and carry out a detailed structural inspection, diagnose the cause of the damage and provide detailed follow up notes and recommendations via email. we typically charge £450 + VAT.

If you require formal reporting for the purposes of mortgages or insurance claims, we typically charge £700 + VAT. This would include the detailed structural inspection, diagnosis of the cause of the damage and recommendations for any remedial work as well as a professional, formal report which will be suitable for mortgage and insurance companies.
